So i’ve bought a book hoping to learn ruby and rails, but I got a little bored so I thought I would see what was available on the web.
I came across this site, tryruby, in your browser. It’s a series of short tutorials that lets you use ruby in your browser, I learnt a few basic functions in a matter of minutes, so I highly recommend it, check it out now.

ROR is a sweet language. I installed it on my machine here and have been playing around with it for a while. I’m waiting for my webhost to support it so that I can play with it in a more stable environment.

I’m also waiting for more web hosts to support it, the ones that do currently are way out of my price range.
Hopefully my host will support it soon, I might try sending them an email.

Godaddy has a good cheap plan with it for $6.99 USD/month. I’m thinking about going with them until atleast my host offers it.
